What counts as a purchase order (PO)?
A purchase order is created each time Duoplane sends an order (or part of an order) to a vendor for fulfillment. If a single customer order is split across two vendors, that counts as two POs.
What happens if I go over my monthly PO limit?
You can keep processing orders without interruption. Overages are billed at the per-PO rate for your plan at the end of each billing cycle.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can switch to annual billing at any time to save. If you switch from annual to monthly, the change takes effect at the end of your current annual term.
